    Scheduled maintenance is planned for Wednesday 4 November 2026 between 1am and 5am (Sydney time). During this time the Tyro Portal and Tyro App will be unavailable and any settlements scheduled between these times will now be completed by 9am. We apologise for any inconvenience experienced.

What this means for a business

  • Take another payment method: a second terminal, bank transfer, or pay later.
  • Write down every manual payment so you can match it to the settlement later.
  • Do not keep retrying a card; a stuck payment can settle twice.
