Disclaimer
Every page and alert tells you where its information came from and when we read it. Here is what that does and does not mean.
Status and incidents
Vendor status comes from the vendor's own status page, their email updates and reports from other users. We show the vendor's words as the vendor's words. If a vendor has not said why something is down, we say that. User reports show that people are reporting problems, not that an outage is confirmed.
Due dates
Compliance dates are taken from official sources and each shows the date an administrator last checked it against that source. Agent lodgement programs, extensions, your entity type and your circumstances can change them. Your accountant or the regulator decides.
Vulnerabilities
A match means the version we detected or you declared falls within a published affected range. Detection can be wrong when a site hides its version; where we do not know the version we say possible risk, never you are vulnerable. The vendor's advisory is the authority.
Grants
Eligibility is scored from structured rules and a summary of the published criteria. Likely eligible means it is worth reading the guidelines, nothing more. The funder decides.
Checks we run
Uptime, certificate, DNS and scan results reflect what our servers saw at that moment from their locations. Networks differ; a site that fails from our locations may work from yours and the reverse.
Corrections
Every page has a Report an inaccuracy link. Reports go to a queue that a person reviews. Last updated 2026-10-26.
